Next Day DeliveryRoyal Mail
We are pleased to offer Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which guarantees delivery of your train tickets by 1200 noon the following working day (excluding Saturdays), to most destinations in the UK. Some remote areas and islands of Scotland will take longer to reach. Please click here for more information.
£7.50 Charge & Insurance
We offer the Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service for only £7.50 per address. All items are automatically covered with 250 compensation. Please click here for more information.
Signature
When your tickets are delivered by Special Delivery a signature is required. If, for any reason, there is no one available to sign for the item, a Royal Mail card will be left to confirm delivery was attempted.
Tracking
We will provide you with a Special Delivery tracking number (Monday to Friday) by 1800 hrs on the day you placed your order. This will enable you to check the progress of your special delivery on www.royalmail.co.uk. You will find this tracking number within the 'Check Order Status' section of our site or alternatively you can phone our call centre on 0845 700 1200.
* Saturday delivery: The Royal Mail does not deliver to business addresses on Saturdays, however delivery to residential addresses may be attempted, but is not guaranteed.
